Pronounced [pop-ur-del-ees] refers to a broad Bolognese noodle, 1/4 to 1 inch wide. Originally used with rich sauces made in the Bolognese style.
Do you make the Pasta?
No, we do NOT make the pasta. It is made by a small, artisan company in Denver, CO (we are always asked this).
How many flavors do you have?
There are over 125 varieties and flavors of dried pastas.
I got a recipe when I purchased some pasta. Are there more recipes available?

How long can I keep the dry pasta?
Kept in a dry, cool place the pasta should last 8-12 months. Avoid direct sunlight.
Is there a low-carb pasta available?
Yes. I was created so to be almost indistinguishable in taste and texture from the traditional pastas. It has 40% less carbs and 200% more protein than the regular pastas. It's made primarily with soy flour, and a soy protein and semolina. There is no durum in this pasta.
I can't eat wheat. Is there any non-wheat based pasta?
Yes - There are several Gluten-free options and Spelt pasta.
How much pasta will feed my family?
1 lb of dried pasta typically serves 4-6 people
What is a Swell Factor?
Dried Pasta swells about 100%. In other words, it about doubles in size. So one pound of dried pasta yields about two pounds of cooked pasta.
