Bella Sol is a small artisanal company with core principles similar to Pappardelle's.  They source the finest ingredients from all over the globe and keep batch sizes small to assure consistently superior quality.  These unique flavors are truly versatile, whether as the perfect complement to our pastas, or paired with many other wonderful foods.

California Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8.45oz (250ml)
Extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressing of the olives, contains no more than 0.8% acidity, and is judged to have a superior taste. Ours is made from California olives and is different from the many you find in stores which are mostly sourced from European olives. We have included this because every collection should offer a simple high quality EVOO.

California Meyer Lemon Oil 8.45oz (250ml)
Our California extra virgin olive oil has been infused with prized California Meyer lemons for a delightfully fresh lemon olive oil.

Italian White Truffle Oil 8.45oz (250ml)
The truffle has been called the “diamond of the kitchen.” This oil makes the most bland dishes come alive or it can be used to accentuate flavors deep within complex dishes.

Slow-Roasted Garlic Infused Oil 8.45oz (250ml)
Garlic lovers will enjoy this one. Slow-roasted garlic is infused into extra virgin olive oil and expeller pressed canola oil.
